Many of you know how much I love weather of any kind. So I get disappointed quite often as huge storms come through and about 15 miles out, they break up and rejoin again on the other side of Page. It has to do with the Lake and the cliffs. (Or the claim by Brother Gardner that since he pays his tithing, the storms pass by-keeping his steel safe; he owns the steel company here.) It's crazy to watch the radar time after time. So I was again disappointed when the huge storms hit the West and we were missing out again, day after day. But then it happened. It began snowing at night and we played in it that night and again in the morning. Steven was off so he built an 8 foot snowman with the kids. During the process our neighbor (being much older) offered his snow if they wanted more. Not to be passed up, they built another 2 over there. One melted quickly and the other stood, so our neighbor made him into a fisherman. He professionally fishes here and is sometimes featured on the professional fishing shows. It was cute.
